1 Acceptance of Terms

win877 reserves the right to request identity verification (including Pakistan CNIC submission) at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to satisfy a verification request within the timeframe specified by win877 may result in account suspension pending resolution.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one win877 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts. If you have forgotten your existing win877 account credentials, use the account recovery process rather than registering a new account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the win877 registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistan CNIC, your current Pakistan mobile number, and any other information requested during KYC verification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

win877 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with standard anti-money laundering practices. You may be required to submit a copy of your Pakistan CNIC, proof of ownership of your registered payment method, and a selfie photograph for identity confirmation. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

4.4 Deposit Restrictions

5 Wagering, Games & Results

9 Intellectual Property

No part of the win877 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of win877.

win877 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win877 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights in win877's intellectual property to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments to These Terms

win877 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS to their registered Pakistan mobile number or via a notice displayed on the win877 platform upon login. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision at the top of the document. Your continued use of win877 after that effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your win877 account before the effective date.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
